Tanjug is reporting that one person was seriously injured during the incident that left the car burned down, and damaged three other vehicles.

A man and a woman who happened to be in the vicinity of the car when it exploded received light injuries.

The police are working to determine what caused the blast that occurred on the corner of Jovana Bjelica and Zaplanjska streets. 

According to the Belgrade daily Blic, the driver of the car who sustained serious injuries is a drug dealer who in the past twice survived attempts on his life.
