On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, a panel titled “Turkish-Armenian Relations: A Multifaceted Evaluation from a Historical Perspective and Its Contemporary Reflections” was organized through the collaboration of the Atatürkist Thought Club of TED University and the Center for Eurasian Studies (AVİM).

The panel featured Retired Ambassador Alev Kılıç, AVİM Director; Retired Ambassador Yiğit Alpogan, AVİM Advisor and Hazel Çağan Elbir, AVİM Analyst, as speakers. The event was moderated by Bora Cüzdanoğlu, President of the TED University Atatürkist Thought Club.

Following the panel, AVİM Director Retired Ambassador Alev Kılıç and AVİM Analyst Hazel Çağan Elbir responded to questions from AzTV regarding April 24 and the normalization process in the South Caucasus.
