Iraqi National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji discussed joint cooperation and coordination between Iraq and Iran on Monday with Supreme National Security Council secretary Ali Larijani.

"National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji received the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, at Baghdad Airport,” an Iraqi News Agency (INA) correspondent reported .

"The two sides discussed joint cooperation and coordination between Iraq and Iran,” he added.

This morning, the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, arrived in Iraq on an official visit.
