This was announced earlier in the day by Marko Djuric, head of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

"That is one of the ideas, but we are waiting for the response of Kosovo Albanians and the international community," the prime minister told a press conference in Belgrade's suburban municipality of Obrenovac. 

"There is the Brussels Agreement, there are obligations that have been undertaken, whereas they are trying to bribe Serbs rather than deal with meeting their own obligations," Vucic said. 

"If you thought the Serbs have no answer to that, you are wrong," noted Vucic, who also said he would likely spend Orthodox Christmas Day (january 7) with Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija.
