The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev was received by the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on 27 March 2024 in Ashgabat.

The Secretary General provided a brief overview on the results of the joint work carried out within the framework of the OTS and as well as discussed upcoming important events of the Organization in 2024.

During the meeting, it was noted that the multilateral partnership among the Turkic states has gained new momentum over the past year. More than 100 events were held and several new platforms for practical interaction were established.
