Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has signed the law on ratification of the agreement with Kyrgyzstan on cooperation in the supply of oil and oil products.

The agreement between Russian and Kyrgyz governments was signed June 6, 2016 in Bishkek. The document sets the conditions of cooperation in the supply of oil and oil products from Russia to Kyrgyzstan.

The agreement also bans re-export of goods delivered from Russia to Kyrgyzstan to third countries without charging export duties.

Any possible dispute between the two parties over the implementation of this agreement should be resolved through talks.
