During his stay in Berlin, PM Edi Rama said in an interview to Deutche Welle that Albania wants to have good relations with Macedonia. 
The country is holding early elections and the situation is tensed. He said that Albania is very interested in Macedonia's stability and progress. 
This stability for Rama, is key for Albania, because of Albanians living in this country. "We hope for a new beginning for our neighbors", Rama said.
