Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani affirmed on Thursday Iraq's rejection of military solutions and the importance of prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy to resolve crises.

The Prime Minister's Media Office stated in a press release received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received a phone call from the Dutch Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Dilan Yeşilgöz-Zegerius."

"During the call, they discussed developments in the region, with al-Sudani reiterating Iraq's rejection of military solutions and the importance of prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy to resolve international crises," the statement added.
