As a donor conference aimed at raising funds to rebuild Iraq wraps up in Kuwait, we look at the reality for those living in the bombed-out cities. Baghdad is looking for $88 billion, but international aid is often slow to arrive amid concerns over corruption. Some cities have now been liberated from the Islamic State group for years, but remain in ruins with residents receiving next to no assistance from the authorities. Our correspondents Oriane Verdier and Simona Foltyn report from Tikrit.
