Iraqi President Nizar Amedi on Sunday underscored the need to sustain dialogue and avert the risks of war during a meeting with Iran’s ambassador to Iraq, Mohammad Kazem Al-Sadeq.
According to a statement from the Iraqi presidency, Amedi received the Iranian Ambassador to Iraq at Baghdad Palace, where the ambassador conveyed congratulations on the president assuming office and wished him success in his duties.
