Republic of Singapore has recognized the independence of Kosovo, declared today Kosovo’s Foreign Minister’s office, Independent Balkan News Agency reported.
Minister Hoxhaj’s advisor, Bashmir Xhema said that the Ministry has also received the verbal note of the state.
“Yes, Singapore’s recognition has been confirmed and we have the verbal note of this recognition”, Xhemaj said.
Meanwhile, the president of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has greeted Kosovo’s recognition by Singapore on social media.
