Bosnia has signed an 18.7 million marka ($10.5 million/9.6 million euro) contract with a consortium of three local companies - Niskogradnja, Alfa Term, and Tehton, for the construction of the Svilaj border crossing with Croatia, Bosnia's indirect tax administration, UIO, said. 

The border crossing will be located on an area of 103,000 square metres on Bosnia's northern border with Croatia, at the cross-border Svilaj bridge on the Sava river, UIO said in a statement on Tuesday.
