An Armenian citizen detained on the territory of Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was handed over to the Armenian side Aug. 23, said a message posted on the website of the Azerbaijani State Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People.
Henrik Agetsyan, detained on the territory of Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on Aug. 7, was handed over to the Armenian side August 23 on the Sadarak section of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, according to the message.
