Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met on Thursday with Ruslan Edelgeriyev, presidential aide and the Russian president's special representative on climate and water resources, to discuss bilateral cooperation, as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest.

The talks focused on Azerbaijan-Russia cooperation on climate action and COP-related matters, as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern, News.Az reports, citing AZERTAC.

Bayramov briefed the Russian official on Azerbaijan's experience and the outcomes of the COP29 conference.
