Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov today.
Issues on the agenda of Armenian-Russian allied relations were on the agenda. Reference was made to other issues of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.
