ALBANIA HAS EXPORTED 4.7 MILLION EUROS WORTH OF WEAPONS

The latest report published by the Centre for Guns for Southeast Europe, supported by the UN and funded by the European Union, suggests that in 2016, Albania has exported 4.7 million euros worth of guns. Albania’s exports of guns account for just 0.25% of the total of exports in the region. On the other hand, Albania’s exports of guns to EU member states occupy 78.7% of the total or 3.7 million euros.

In this aspect, the only country that Albania leaves behind is FYROM with 2.1 million euros worth of exports. Montenegro is reported to have exported 5.1 million euros worth of guns, Bosnia and Herzegovina has exported 407 million euros worth of guns, while Serbia’s exports amount to 1 billion euros.
