Akylbek Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, held talks with Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom PJSC, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

During the talks, the parties discussed priority areas of cooperation and further measures to improve the gas supply system of the republic within the framework of the General Gas Supply and Gasification Scheme of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030, and also exchanged views on the results of the autumn-winter period in gas supply issues.

In conclusion, Akylbek Zhaparov expressed his gratitude to the management of Gazprom for the construction of a number of social and sports facilities, and highly appreciated the attention paid by the company to the development of sports and support for education in the country.
