The 22nd issue of the “Uluslararası Suçlar ve Tarih / International Crimes and History (UST / ICH)” journal has been published.

The UST/ICH journal celebrates the 15th anniversary of its publication life.

Our readers will notice that UST / ICH journal, in line with its rich publication heritage, has continued to expand its article types and topics also in the current issue. In that regard, the latest issue of the journal covers a variety of topics in the fields of International Law, History, International Relations, and Sociology.
A commentary article deals with the phenomenon of "International Humanitarian Law". It examines its evolution and brings a humanitarian perspective to the devastating effects of crimes against humanity. One article in the “The Cases Before International Courts” section deals with four fundamental legal problems that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) will likely face in Gambia v. Myanmar case, and analyses in detail whether the crime of genocide was committed against the Rohingya People of Myanmar. One article focuses on the Green Transformation and its possible role in the EU-Turkey relationship. The two articles address issues related to past and present crises facing the Balkan region. Another article is dealing with the issue of colonialism in North Africa. A final article is dealing with the Xinjiang region cotton production and sanctions. The journal also includes a book review.
