
A conference titled “Energy Security of Turkey” will be held by AVİM on 24 January 2019 between 14:00-16:00 at the AVİM Conference Hall.
At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. Yurdakul Yiğitgüden (Former Co-ordinator of OSCE Economic & Environmental Activities; Retired Under-secretary of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources) will reflect on Turkey’s increasing reliance on energy imports as one of the major challenges for its foreign policy.
Within this framework, Dr. H. Yurdakul Yiğitgüden will make a presentation on Turkey’s policy geared towards diversifying its energy supplies and strengthening its economic and political ties with supplier countries.
The conference will be conducted in English. There will be no translation service.
