Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, opening the tripartite meeting of the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, said. "Because time is moving fast, things are moving fast; I think today is an opportune time to communicate on that topic and see what we can report back to our leaders on implementing the agreements they signed."

Continuing Lavrov's thought, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized that they will primarily focus on the post-conflict settlement, for which the foreign ministers are responsible, including the peace treaty issue. [...]
