Minister of Investments of Kyrgyzstan Almambet Shykmamatov held on Monday a meeting with a business delegation led by Mayor of Hatay Province of Turkey Lutfu Savas.

The purpose of the meeting was to familiarize with investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan and consider the possibility of opening joint ventures in energy, agriculture and industry, in particular the textile industry, the press service of the Investments Ministry said.

In addition, the Turkish side expressed an interest in entering markets of the Eurasian Economic Union with more than 180 million consumers and in the creation of industrial zones on the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
