The text of the new Constitution will be published in March, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Srbuhi Galyan announced at a press conference.

“The text will be ready in March this year, and we must already begin an awareness campaign, as many issues have been discussed and adopted by the Constitutional Council. We have a duty to communicate these issues to the public so that people clearly understand what is being proposed,” the minister said.

According to Galyan, the new Constitution can only be adopted through a referendum. She emphasized that the final decision rests with the people, who will express their will on the proposed constitutional text through a free vote.
