The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev and the Director General of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Mr. Gilbert F. Houngbo convened in Geneva to explore avenues of collaboration and strengthen ties between their organizations.
