“We closely monitor the Nagorno Karabakh conflict,” said OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger in an interview with RBK, APA reports.

According to him, a mission led by personal representative of the OSCE Secretary General Andrzej Kasprzyk is closely watching the situation along the contact line.

"We were worried about the recent outbreak of the conflict. My role as Secretary General is to support the work of the three co-chairs of the Minsk Group, whose efforts are aimed at finding a peaceful solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, "T. Greminger said.

Thomas Greminger, 56-year-old Swiss diplomat was elected the new Secretary General of the OSCE in July of this year.
