OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger is expected to visit Moscow and meet with Valery Semerikov, the acting secretary general of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), on April 25, the head of the CSTO political department, Ara Badalyan, said Wednesday.

"On April 25, the meeting between OSCE Secretary General Greminger with the CSTO acting secretary general is expected during the former's visit to Moscow. [Greminger] is also expected to participate in the CSTO Permanent Council meeting," Badalyan said at the Diplomatic academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
