Acting OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde has expressed concern over the incidents on Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

“Concerned about repeated reports of incidents on Armenia/Azerbaijan border. All outstanding issues must be resolved peacefully through negotiation,” Ann Linde said in a Twitter post.

“OSCE stands ready to assist and implement confidence-building measures to create an atmosphere conducive to dialogue,” she added.

On Thursday the Armenian Defense Ministry reported the capturing of six soldiers by Azerbaijani forces in the border areas of Gegharkunik province.
