Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said that the meeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has already been agreed. The Azerbaijani diplomat clarified that the venue has not been determined yet. "I am waiting for proposals this meeting to be held in the framework of the UN General Assembly in New York," the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza leads his words.

"Everyone knows what plan we are discussing recently," Mammadyarov said, speaking about the topic of the upcoming meeting. "The only thing needed is the political will to be manifested, resulting that Armenia will have to withdraw its troops from the occupied Azerbaijani territories," the head of the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission said.
