President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has received today in a meeting the Slovenian minister of Defence, Andreja Katic.

In this meeting, Thaci thanked minister Katic for Slovenia’s constant support, while expressing his readiness “for Kosovo’s cooperation with Slovenia to strengthen even more”.

President Thaci also informed minister Katic on the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force to an Armed Force.

For this, Thaci is quoted to have said that the army of Kosovo will be a professional force, in line with NATO standards, which serves to all the citizens of Kosovo.
