Co-heads of state delegation, Fatmir Limaj and Shpend Ahmeti said Friday the draft platform is the official and sole document of the Republic of Kosovo in dialogue with Serbia. “This platform represents the official and sole position of the Republic of Kosovo,” said Limaj, co-head of Kosovo’s negotiation team.

Ahmeti confirmed the platform will be proceeded to Parliament on Friday for approval by MPs. He said they worked thoroughly to finalisation of platform confirming that the draft documents sanctions negotiators to discuss land swap with Serbia during EU-facilitated dialogue in Brussels. “The platform derives from the Constitution and guarantees territorial integrity of the state,” Ahmeti said. According to Ahmeti the negotiation team is expected to open new topics which were not addressed earlier during Pristina-Belgrade, including war reparations and compensation of war rape victims.
