Due to the influx of Russian citizens in Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan, city and district coordination offices will be created to regulate the flow of migrants, head of the region Abylkair Skakov ordered at a meeting of the regional operational headquarters for migration issues.

"The police department and the department of state revenues in Pavlodar region need to develop an algorithm to ensure law and order and security, as well as timely registration of visiting Russians. I instruct akims of cities and districts to create headquarters to regulate the flow of migrants," the head of the region said.

According to him, it is important to take measures to stabilize the situation in the real estate market, and carry out explanatory work.
