Cyprus’(*) President Nikos Christodoulides and Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar will meet on April 2, Cyprus News Agency reported on Sunday.

This will be their first meeting following two days of talks hosted by United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres on the future of the island between Christodoulides, Tatar, and representatives from Greece, Turkey and Britain that took place on March 17 and 18 in Geneva.

According to CNA the meeting has been scheduled for April 2, at 9am local time. It is expected to take place at the residence of the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative in Cyprus, Colin Stewart, in the UN-controlled area of Nicosia Airport.

(*) AVİM uses "Cyprus" as a geographic name. AVİM considers the expression "Republic of Cyprus" to mean the Greek Cypriot Administration of Southern Cyprus.
