A Kazakh delegation led by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs – Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov, arrived in Azerbaijan and met with Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel General Vilayat Eyvazov, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan told APA.

Minister Eyvazov noted that, in line with the strategy defined by the heads of state of both countries, cooperation and effective partnership between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have further deepened. He underlined that bilateral relations—particularly joint efforts in combating transnational organized crime, the exchange of advanced practices and operational information, as well as the development of a regulatory and legal framework—serve the interests of the peoples and states of the two countries and contribute to ensuring security in the region.
