According to the information received by Center for Eurasian Studies (AVİM), the UCFAF  (l'Union Culturelle Française des Armeniens de France) organized two conferences titled  2019’da “Aspects de l’identité arménienne dans le conte merveilleux” on January 25, and titled “Traumatismes Psychiques Transformation et Transmission Groupale: Genocide, Attentats et Violences Institutionelles” on February 08.

UCFAF, was established in 1949 after the repression, by the French government, of the Communist Armenian organization. The USSR decided to support the organizations which supports Soviets, but not affiliated to the Communist party instead of using openly Communist structures. The UCFAF is an organization founded by the USSR to revive the Hinchak organizations that lost their influence after the dissolution of the Armenian National Front.
