ARMENIA PRESIDENT APPOINTS NEW MILITARY PROSECUTOR

YEREVAN. - Vahe Harutyunyan was on Thursday appointed military prosecutor of Armenia, the press-service of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenian News – NEWS.am.
“Governed by Article 55(9) of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia amended in 2005 and based on Article 36(2) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Prosecutor’s Office,” the President of the Republic of Armenia adopted a decision on appointing Vahe Harutyunyan the military prosecutor and deputy prosecutor general of the Republic of Armenia.
Upon another decree of the President, Artavazd Harutyunyan was relieved of his duties as military prosecutor and deputy prosecutor general of the Republic of Armenia,” the statement says.
