The head of the Iraqis Alliance, Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim, praised on Tuesday, the diplomatic achievement by concluding an agreement of withdrawing the combat forces from Iraq.

Al-Hakim tweeted via hid official Twitter account : A successful stance of the Prime Minister and the Iraqi negotiating delegation in Washington, which succeeded with the support of the political forces, in scoring a diplomatic achievement for the homeland, represented by concluding an agreement with the American side to withdraw all  the combat forces at the end of this year and maintain cooperation between the two countries in training, advisory, and intelligence services.
