Iraq’s Joint Operations Command says position of PMF’s 45th Brigade hit by two airstrikes in Akashat area 

Two airstrikes hit a position belonging to the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) in western Iraq on Sunday evening, killing four and wounding 11, said Iraq’s Joint Operations Command.

In a statement, the Security Media Cell, a media outlet affiliated with the command, said the attack targeted a position of the PMF’s 45th Brigade in the Akashat area at 9 pm local time (1800GMT).
