This article deals with setting forth the outcomes of the crime of genocide which was substantiated by the Judgment of the International Court of Justice on 26 February 2007 in the Bosnia and Herzegovina versus Serbia and Montenegro case concerning the violation of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Providing for an overview of the law relevant to this case, the following article addresses how to eliminate the outcomes of the Bosnian genocide in the interest of protecting peace and security in the West Balkan region.
