“Eurasian World” is entering its second publication year with the present issue. This issue includes ten studies. The journal is reviewing the developments in the Eurasian Region. The Caspian Sea dispute which is one of the oldest problems in the region was solved with an agreement signed on August 12, 2018 in Aktau, Kazakhstan by the five countries of the Caspian Sea (Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan). You will find three different articles on our pages that examine this topic from different angles.

In line with our tradition of focusing on a special subject in every issue, we have taken up “the remarkable developments in the energy transmission lines, which increase the strategic coefficient of Eurasia” in our 3rd issue. As always, you will find several articles grouped under the same title on the subject.

AVİM is pleased to present the 3rd issue which covers the analysis and evaluation of the developments in the Eurasian region by Turkish and foreign academicians and experts.
