On 7 November 2019 Former Prime Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic spoke at a conference titled “Balkans: The New Cross Roads” that was held at the Ankara University Faculty of Political Science. The conference was organized by AVİM in cooperation with the Turkey-Montenegro Friendship Association, Ankara University Faculty of Political Science and The Center for Research and Application on Political and Economic Relations (USEİM) of Ankara University.
Former Prime Minister of Montenegro Igor Luksic, in his comprehensive presentation focused mainly on the history of Montenegro, role of EU in the region, relations between Turkey and Montenegro and role of Industry 4.0 in the Balkans.
The conference concluded with a lively question and answer session.
