The 13th Ankara International Şefika Kutluer music Festival that started on 13 December at the Presidential Symphony Orchestra Hall will be ending on 20 December with its New Year concert.

Within the context of the traditional annual Ankara Festival under the caption “East Meets West”, the internationally recognized and admired flute virtuoso Şefika Kutluer demonstrates with her choice of memorable pieces from the West, Anatolia, and the East and her masterly performance that words and statements are no match to the powerful influence of music.
