We are pleased to invite you to the presentation of the book titled “Phase Line Attila, The Amphibious Campaign for Cyprus, 1974” that will be held on 20 January 2021 between 17:00-19:00 UTC/GMT +3 hours (Ankara time) on the Zoom Platform.
In this book presentation, Dr. Edward J. Erickson will present his recently published book “Phase Line Attila, The Amphibious Campaign for Cyprus, 1974” that he co-authored with Dr. Mesut Uyar, Dean of the School of Business and Social Science at Antalya Bilim University. Dr. Erickson will discuss the military aspects of the Cyrus Peace Operation as a classic study of how a successful joint amphibious campaign was planned and executed. He will highlight why the operation has value today for contemporary military planners and compare it to other post-Second World War amphibious operations.
The event will be held in English. There will be no translation service.
