The Armenian community in Washington D.C. is getting ready for the National Assembly of Armenia lawmakers’ visit to the US, and which is slated for early march, reported the Voice of America Armenian Service. 

As per Elizabeth Chouldjian, Communications Director of the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), this visit will give a good opportunity for the politicians and analysts of the US capital city to get familiarized with Armenia’s position.

In addition, a special reception in honor of the MPs from Armenia will be held at the US Congress, Chouldjian noted. 

The avenues for the improvement and deepening of Armenian-American political and economic relations will be discussed during the visiting Armenian lawmakers’ talks in Washington.
