U.S. DECLINES TO COMMENT ON REPORT OF POSSIBLE MILITARY EQUIPMENT TRANSFER TO ARMENIA

The United States Department of Defense has declined to comment on reports regarding the movement of military equipment from Germany to Armenia.
“The United States strongly values our relationship with Armenia. The Department of Defense does not comment on equipment movements for operational security reasons,” a U.S. defense official told Armenpress.
The statement follows a report by the Russian state-run Russia Today (RT) TV network, which claimed that the United States is planning to transfer military equipment from Germany to Armenia, possibly for joint drills.
