The second meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice Presidents of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) is being held at the Gulustan Palace in Baku, Azerbaijan.

The event is attended by the heads of government of Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Northern Cyprus, the Vice President of Türkiye, as well as the Secretary‑General of the OTS.

The meeting's agenda includes discussions on economic cooperation and transport‑logistics issues.

The first meeting of the Heads of Government/Vice Presidents of OTS member states took place on September 18, 2025, in Kyrgyzstan.
