Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan issued a decree dismissing Inessa Gabayan as the head of the Armenian Water Committee.

Earlier, Armenian media sources reported that Gabayan has given herself and the committee’s officers bonuses equal to 150% of their salaries. 

Inessa Gabayan was appointed as chair of the water committee on July 10, 2018. Before that appointment she worked on small hydro power plants projects and was the director of Hydroenergy LLC
