Iraqi Oil Minister Jabbar Alluaibi has expressed his intention to visit Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov held a meeting with the Iraqi minister on the sidelines of the 4th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting in Vienna during which Alluaibi revealed his plans to pay a visit to Azerbaijan soon to familiarize himself with the development of the country`s oil sector. The two ministers discussed prospects for energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Iraq.
