Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Fuad Hussein, confirmed on Tuesday Iraq's readiness to provide support within the framework of international efforts to end the conflict in Yemen as well as achieve development and stability for the Yemeni people.

Hussein met with the Vice President of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council, Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, according to MOFA statement - received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

During the meeting, bilateral relations between Iraq and Yemen were discussed, as well as ways to enhance cooperation in the political and economic fields.
