The 3rd meeting of the members of the friendship groups from the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, and the Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) was held on April 9.

Ahliman Amiraslanov, head of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye inter-parliamentary working group and chairman of a Milli Majlis committee, stated that relations between the countries are expanding and developing day by day. He emphasized the exceptional roles of Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Recep Tayyip Erdogan in strengthening these ties.

Ahliman Amiraslanov also noted the expanding relations with Northern Cyprus, highlighting the establishment of the Azerbaijan-Northern Cyprus inter-parliamentary working group within the Milli Majlis.
