The Dubrovnik Forum, which is being held on Friday and Saturday, the main topic being the COVID-19 pandemic, will host ten foreign ministers, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josip Borrell, and newly-appointed High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina Christian Schmidt. 

The main topic of the fourteenth edition of the ministerial forum will be the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on geopolitical relations and the global economy. Prime Minister Andrej Plenković will open the forum.
