President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov arrived at the Congress Center of Astana (Kazakhstan) to participate in the regular meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).

At the Congress Center, the heads of the CIS states, who arrived at the event, were welcomed by President of KazakhstanKassym-Jomart Tokayev.

After the end of the welcoming ceremony and joint photographing, the leaders of the countries moved to the meeting room in a narrow format.
